Custom Devices Icons/Images Setting Still Not Working

The SmartThings mobile App has still a menu to set a Custom Image or Icon for a Device.
This feature has not been working for months.
The latest iOS version of the SmartThings App (2.20.0) has still the same bug : you click on “Set Device Image” > “Choose from library…”, everything works fine till you click on “Save”, then nothing happens and the Device is shown as its type icon.

Anybody managed to make it work recently ?
