I have setup a custom automation which has a Time based trigger (Mon, Wed, Fri, 9-5)
It should trigger if Motion Detected and I am not at home.
However it still triggers on Tuesday / Thursday.
Has anyone has any luck with custom automations and Time Periods?

I have one that is M-F 6 am - 8:30 am that seems to obey the days restrictions. Can you post a screen shot of yours?
So I think this should mean Mon, Wed, Fri 09:00-17:00 if motion detected and my device is not in the house then notify me. Sadly I was notified all day today (tuesday) so something is not working quite right or I have misunderstood.

Interesting. I just setup a similar automation to see if mine also ignores the days.
@djl197 mine behaved correctly. Maybe see if it works without the phone presence? I only used a simple motion rule with date/time restrictions since I have phone presence turned off.
