I want to program my blinds to go up or down at a certain time of a day.
Right now they are controlled by a regular remote who operates on IR: 40khz or RF: 2.4ghz.
Can I integrate that regular remote with a smartthing device?

I believe you will need a middle device to do it.
Not sure if the harmony router can solve it.
You can integrate it with Smartthings.
There are a couple of blaster diy solutions but Harmony is one of the neatest solutions for ST. I picked up a 3rd HUB off of FleaBay for $45. I love the Harmony because of not only it’s extensive database of controllable devices but also the learn feature which basically works with any IR remote.
