Continuous temperature sensor

Can anyone recommend a temperature sensor that reports its reading very frequently and in a consistent manner? Ideally I would like the sensor to report every 60 seconds max. Sensor could be battery powered or plug-in powered.

It looks like using the Shelly Uni + Temp sensor might be an option, can anyone confirm such a setup works and that it would integrate with ST?

Thanks.

Sensors compatible with this driver can be configured to report every 30 seconds:

Edit: looks like it’s 5 Minutes:

I use 5 Sonoff SNZB-02 as thermostats and they work very well and are inexpensive.
I use them with a report of changes of 0.1°c or every 5 minutes and the battery (CR2450) after 3 years is still 65%.

Yeah I have a bunch of these, when they work they’re great. But I have had two fail that didn’t make any sense what so ever. One that just wouldn’t stay on the network, I gave up, replaced it and in a lark reset it yet again and put it outside.

Since the move to outside it’s been GREAT! Legit makes zero sense. All major climates, never misses a bit.

Second failure is a new development. Replaced the battery (only after a few months) and got it back on the network. It reported a temp of 80 degrees when the real temp was 64, then a day later was off the network yet again. Won’t come back at all.
