Constant IDE re-log ins - SMARTTILES LOGS YOU OUT OF SEPERATE IDE SESSION

Creating a virtual switch. Get the information entered, hit create, and goes back to log in page. Sometimes gives a 500 error, other times not. Very frustrating. Are others having this experience, or am I just lucky today.

Also, this happened on evening earlier this week, but after 3 or 4 attempts, it took. Probably tried 8-10 times today, no go.

ADDITION: forgot to mention when I first login to IDE and hit create device it also takes me back to the log in page.

You probably have smarttiles open in another browser window…you constantly get logged out. In this scenario

That was it! Thanks Stuart. You’re a lifesaver.

I also want to add how great this community is. I’m about 3 weeks in on working with smartthings and the information I’ve been able to garner from this community has saved me countless hours of try/re-try.

It’s also cost me a lot of $$$$!
