Connecting to LIFX BR30?

I’m new to Smarthings. I just got the hub for the holidays. I have 14 LIFX br30 color bulbs throughout my house and am now noticing that LIFX doesn’t support them.

Has anyone had success connecting to LIFX BR30’s. I see alot of potential with Smarthings but if they can’t connect with my lightbulbs, i’m not sure what i can do here.

I had no problem conneting a LIFX BR30 to my hub. It used the stock LIFX device type.

Yes i got it to work! Should probably just test things out before reading that it wouldn’t connect. Even SmartThings support said the BR30s weren’t compatible. Lesson Learned
