Is there a link that lists all the available channels for registration/enrollment of a hub?

Do you mean a list of channels from SmartThings? If so, the only available invitation is the one of the Beta Channel as the Production Channel is the one where the Hub gets enrolled automatically and installs a driver for the device in case there is no compatible driver already on your Hub

If you mean a list for every possible channel that isn’t owned by ST, there’s no (official) list, developers choose to share their drivers through a channel and post its description and invitation in this category (Devices & Integrations), this way you can know if that driver can help you.
