Can't uninstall smart app

Hello, i installed the Hello home phrase director and set it up to monitor my nest as the presence sensor. Only problem is i guess the nest and smartthings take some time to update the home/away status and when i get home i get multiple notifications that there is motion in my house.

Regardless, now i’m trying to uninstall the smart app and i keep getting the unexpected error msg. i tried logging into IDE and deleting the app from there but i get the same msg. Any other ideas on how to delete this app?

Support@SmartThings.com has access to special tools (via operations engineers) for these locked up conditions.

I think they’ve been having problems within the past few days. I had an issue like this too, defiantly give them a shout. Good luck.
