Can't See SmartThings Energy Monitor for my A/C

In the Samsung catalogue for Air Solutions you can notice that AR24CY3AAGB has Energy Monitor feature but still can’t use it.

It seems that Samsung is misguiding customers by showing the feature is available and not providing it.

Atleast they should provide the Energy monitoring, I am not asking for AI Energy Mode
Why can’t they provide the features mentioned in the Catalogue.

I’m not sure that feature is necessarily “SmartThings Energy Monitor”. I suggest contacting Samsung appliance customer support to clarify.

There are two features Energy Monitor and AI Energy Mode, Energy monitor lets you monitor energy consumption via smartthings app.
