I have recently purchased Samsung AC 2024 model (AR18CY3YAWK) but looks like the SmartThing Energy module is not detecting the installed devices.

I am able to connect the device to the SmartThings app on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. However, when I attempt to access the Energy Monitoring feature, I receive a message stating “No supported device found.”

I have verified on the Samsung website that my model number is listed as supporting the Energy Monitoring feature. This functionality was a crucial factor in my decision to purchase this AC. Unfortunately, it is not working as expected, and I need this issue resolved promptly.
Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue? Is there a step I might have missed, or is there any additional setup required for the Energy Monitoring feature to function correctly?
