I’ve an QE65Q9F tv and a ring doorbell pro. The camera image is visible on my android smartthings app and when doorbell activated a notification pop-up appears on the tv which seems to me that the camera and tv are ‘Talking’ but when I select the ‘View Image’ option on the tv pop-up it does not load the camera image (just the rotating trying to connect icon). I’ve selected both the Ring and Motion options on the Smartthings TV app but nohing works. Any suggestions please?
