No password manager. I am entering the password manually. Like I said, manually entering the password works on samsung.com and not on https://graph.api.smartthings.com/.
So you are going to https://graph.api.smartthings.com/, clicking Login and then “Sign in with Samsung Account”. On the Samsung account sign in screen, you enter your email address and password but receive an error of “Incorrect ID or password.”?
Do you have a support ticket number?
