Can't enable github integration on eu01-euwest1

I think the SmartApps category is most appropriate but I’m not certain.

But anyway my hub is on graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com and I’d like to add the NST Manager from their git repo. However, the enable github integration button simply isn’t there.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
