My old Samsung TV broke and it’s still listed in Smartthings as a personal device but is ‘unavailable’ and after a few seconds is ‘connection failed’
I’ve checked all routes to it in the Android App and nowhere is remove device
How can I remove it ?

If you go to the three dot menu on the top right of the Personal devices page there should be a Manage devices entry. That lists all my Personal devices and gives me a Remove option.
Most, if not all, of my Personal devices are picked up from the phone’s Bluetooth settings so can get removed from there too.
