Cannot register Arlo

Hello, I’m attempting to add Arlo devices to Smartthings. Im able to log into Arlo, and get to the 3rd setup screen “verification methods” then there’s an error “factor is incorrect”. Any advice?

Other users have been reporting authentication issues with some linked services in the past couple of weeks. Do report the issue to ST support by going to Menu > Contact and send logs.

One thing you can try… it may or may not work…

Install the ST app on a different device (tablet or phone) if you have one and try to set up your Arlo integration on it.

Uninstalling/reinstalling the app does not fix it so probably don’t need to go through that step.
