I had Arlo mostly working with ST for some time (could use motion detection for controlling lights, but could never see any video in ST app). It stopped working, I decided to remove Arlo service and add back, to start fresh. In ST app, under linked services I see “Arlo (Connected)”. Under it I don’t see any device I have, instead it says “Arlo is reporting that you do not have any devices on this account. Unable to connect this time”. When I try to delete Arlo, I get “We’re having trouble connecting”.
Is this a ST problem? Can you delete Arlo from my services, and I can reconnect?
