Cannot login to IPad App

I am new to SmartThings and trying to setup the devices I have. I have opted to use the iPad app instead of the small screen of my android. To my surprise, I am not able to login to the app as it goes to the US login screen and I am getting a blank white page with no option to proceed. I have tried both the new and the old SmartThings app.

I have seen some other users complaining that the app does not work in Australia. Is that really true? if so, that’s really poor from Samsung.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?


ok… I just managed to figure after some troublshooting. I realised that the login screen opens safari and requires JS to be enabled. Once I enabled it, it worked just fine :slight_smile:
