Trying to delete an additional user that I had added in the app under manage user. I tap edit and select remove user. I confirm. But nothing happens.
I have the same issue. I’m Trying to delete additional managed users under manage user section in the SmartThings mobile app. I tap edit and select remove user and confirmed. But it still remain in the list.
I had the same issue a few weeks back. Opened a ticket and it took them a while to believe me, then a long time to fix. Even then the other hub is still showing in the app, nothing happens when you select that location, though. Weird…
