Can Skybell camera doorbell's motion sensor be used as a stand alone motion sensor

I’m looking at getting one. Right now I have Arlo camers and ST allows me to use the motion sensors on the cameras to activate lights on top of it doing its regular video job. I’m wondering if I’ll have the same flexibility with Skybell

Yes. I have SkyBell motion to trigger an announcement, but ST sees it as any other motion sensor, so you can use it just like any other one to trigger any action

I use my Sky Bell motion to trigger the lights on the garage & the front door light to come on at night. Works good.
