I am just new with smartthings so if you need more info to help please let me know.
I use the smartthings app on mij android galaxy s9 with android 10.
If i have a working wifi connection on my phone i can change/switch between locations (hans thats me, and nadine is my wife). But if i have no working wifi connection i cant change/switch location. The + sign is than gone and it says “loading” if i try to tapp on the name the last chosen location.
