My HVAC company just became Building 36 Dealers. It’s a z-wave platform and a division of Alarm.com. The wholesale pricing on the water sensors was very good so i picked some up. they are in a private label box so I’m not sure who makes them (picture attached). They pair as “SmartSense Water Sensors” and under that configuration will only report as dry. I switched to Z-wave water sensor in the IDE and was able to get 2 out of 3 to return wet signals.
After returning wet I had trouble getting them to go back to dry and after returning to dry I had trouble getting them to alarm again.
I am wondering if there may be a better device handler? Does anyone have any experience with these?
