[Bug] 500 Error when clicking "Manage Test Devices" in Device Integrations → Products

Hi,

I’ve encountered an issue in the SmartThings Developer Center Console.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Device Integrations → Products
Select a Product
Click “Manage Test Devices”
Expected behavior:
The Manage Test Devices page loads normally.

Actual behavior:
A 500 Internal Server Error occurs and the page does not load.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround?

Please provide a timestamp for when you tried to open that page so we can ask the engineering team to look at the logs.

I just checked again, and it seems to be working fine now — no 500 error this time.

I’m not sure if something was fixed on your end, or if it resolved itself naturally. The issue occurred right around the time I posted this topic, so I believe the timestamp would be close to when this thread was created.

Either way, it appears to be working now. Thank you for following up!
