Black Z-Wave wall switch (UK)?

Hello,

Does anybody know where I can buy Z-Wave wall switches with black color, that works with 230V(Europe) or can be wireless with batteries.
Or at least some black frames + paddles for “the classic” Z-Wave.Me Wall Controller?

Perhaps look at giving white ones a coat of paint? That way you’re not limited by your switch choice.
