My power has been out for 4 hours now. The two items left working are my two August locks through HomeKit
Iām a little confused by the keyoad discussion. I just tried the following with my August Keypad, August Pro and August connect setup while watching in the SmartTHigns app and all statuses updated correctly:
- open ST app to August lock device screen
- open door, walk out, close door
- lock from the ST app
- unlock from August keypad
- open door, walk in, close door
- lock manually
- unlock manually
Almost sounds like they may be confused with the z-wave connection that does not have those capabilities. Note : I said almost
Check your smartthings activity to see if steps 4-5 are there.

I have this plus the keypad
That includes zwave, different product. Maybe that is fine. Were you looking at the device connected via zwave or their new cloud integtation?
I removed the z-wave integration last week and now only use the cloud integration.
Sounds like the bug can be product specific.
