I am looking for the beat way to automate my ADT SmartThings Hub with the SmartThings Arrival Sensor. I’d like to automatically turn on the alarm when no Arrival Sensors are present and turn the alarm off when the first Arrival Sensor return.

You can’t by default. Can with copying and pasting some code.
ADT Tools has had turned into a very useful tool for many. It had some growing pains though, and some of which came in complexity with setup. Here is ADT Tools 2.
