Arlo Video Doorbell missing doorlock linking

Just purchased an Arlo Video Doorbell (2nd gen) and noticed that its missing its device settings along with the built in notification routine and linking a doorlock. The notification isn’t that big of an issue since it’s just a simple routine but the doorlock being on the same page as the doorbell doesn’t have a simple solution from my knowledge. My previous ring doorbell (doorbell 3 plus) has these options. Anyone have any solutions or would this be an arlo issue?

I have never had a linked a door lock.

Open a support case with Arlo. This is a linked device and the cloud->cloud integration is maintained by them. They control what appears in the app through the device presentation that they created for the device.
