Arlo integration - motion detection no longer working in SmartThings

Motion detected reports recently stopped to appear in SmartThings for my Arlo cameras.

Has anyone else also experienced this?

I’ve had my Arlo cameras integrated to SmartThings for years and except for false motion detections reported through SmartThings (but not in Arlo app) everything has worked well until recently. Now, none of the cameras report any motion through SmartThings. Everything else works however. I can still see the cameras and the live feed and turn them on and off through SmartThings but no motion detection it’s reported on SmartThings. If I check the history for the cameras there is no motion at all. Motion is working as expected in the Arlo app.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

It seems many users are experiencing the same issue with Arlo cameras not reporting motion in SmartThings. Try unlinking and relinking your Arlo cameras, ensuring both apps are updated, resetting network settings, and reconfiguring any automations. If these steps don’t help, contacting Arlo or SmartThings support might be necessary.

I did unlink and relink the account but still it doesn’t work. I guess I will have to try to reach out to Arlo but it’s unlikely they will help. :weary:
