Every time I create a custom message I get an error unless I use a few of the words ( 3 or 4 tops) listed in the drop down list of standard options. Any solutions ?
As far as I know it’s a known issue. Just search the forum for “Sonos” and you will get to know the issues and some workarounds.
I also agree, the SONOS integration to SmartThings custom messages has not been working for many months. The request from support to fix has gone to the bottom of the pile.
