Samsung Smartthings is soon going to lose me as a customer and reference.
I’ve been referring Smarttthings to my friends, who have purchased as well.
I’ve helped them installed.
New Smartthings App is buggy and now my Alexa Voice Integration doesn’t work.
I went through so many searches online and still isn’t working.

Yes I have many issues as well. Sonos controllability, switches dis appear. Something is very wrong with the app.
I am having a lot of issues with the new app under iOS 14. I have devices which show up as offline in the new app (even though I can still control them just fine via the old app on another phone.) Even more frustrating is that I’ve lost several key automations I’ve been using for years. They are just gone.
I’d really appreciate some advice on how to get past this.
