Yep, not totally okay yet. I’ve got many devices saying offline. Even Sonos which I’ve never seen go offline before. Each time I look a different set of Things are ‘offline.’
Yep, happen to me around that time, only really noticed couple of hours later, i did a reboot and everything seem to be fine so far
Please make sure to open support tickets for any issues like this 
I was about to when SmartThings sent out an email acknowledging the problem.
