Hi All, I’ve seen quite a few posts from people having issues adding their Smart Hub in SmartThings. I have a brand new IM6001-V3P06 purchased from Bunnings yesterday and cannot add it:
Device is detected when SmartThings is open on my Samsung s.24 Ultra (but have also tried adding it manually)
Invited to scan QR Code (have also added the SN manually)
Invited to select network (have tried both WiFi and ethernet)
Message “Connecting to Hub”
Message “Your hub is connecting to the internet”
Your hub is offline - Error code 33-504
I’ve tried this a dozen or more times, done a factory reset on the hub at least 5 times, placed the phone close to the hub as suggested in some posts and disabled cellular data as some have also suggested. I simply cannot get the hub to connect.
Do you have a solution for this? I’m having this same issue. I’ve gone through hours in days going through the factory reset to desperately fix this mainly because our home relies on this hub connected to smart devices. It will not get to the red and green status lights. It is now cycling through blinking blue light for long period of time, solid blue, then no light then blinking blue again and so forth.

I am having the same issue as well.
I purchased brand new IM6001-V3P06 and encountered the Error Code 33-503 when adding it to SmartThings.
Could you please help? Thanks!
