I have a “The Frame” TV and an android phone. It’s all been connected and as recently as two weeks ago I’ve had no issue connecting to the TV from my phone and uploading photos to it to display as art. But I encountered a new issue today. Now, when I try to open the TV in the list of devices from the app, it appears to open for about 1 second, then it goes back to the list of devices. So I can’t do anything with the TV from my phone.
I tried on my wife’s android phone which is much newer, and had the same issue.
Is this a known issue? Can anyone suggest troubleshooting steps?
