Air Purifier - "Connected To Upper Module"

So, I had my bespoke air purifier offline for a few weeks during a home remodel and I am trying to use it again and it keeps saying “Connected To Upper Module” in the SmartThings app and I cannot turn it on or even delete it.

The app shows this:

I have the SAMSUNG BESPOKE Cube Air Purifier

What is a fix for this?

Thank you for the quick response…I was able to delete / remove it but it won’t pair…it says press the “square button” for 5 seconds and I do not have one:

Take a picture and post it here.

There should be a square button somewhere.

I did find it, barely can see it. Holding it down for more than 5 seconds does not continue to add it back.

If I can get it to stop saying this, I bet I will get it reconnected:

Yeah… These things are stackable…

Do you have an upper cube? If yes, control it from the upper cube.

I do not have an upper cube and have never had one.

Now you have to find out why it thinks that there’s an upper cube. Maybe there’s an exposed contact that’s dirty or broken.

Anyway: this isn’t a SmartThings issue (anymore) and you should probably contact the Samsung support.

There’s also a general Samsung support forum called Samsung Members (web and app).
