Aeotec Multisensor Gen 5 Not Detecting Motion

I just unboxed my first Aeotec Multisensor Gen 5 tonight. I was able to pair it after two attempts. Within the first two minutes I got a motion sense notice in the “Recently” tab of the sensor on the iOS app. The temperature, humidity, light level and battery all report in every few minutes. However it simply will not detect any motion at all. The batteries are 100% and the sensitivity is maxed out. Absolutely nothing will trigger a motion sense. Also the 'Configure" icon for this device does nothing when tapped on. I am on V1 of the ST hub. Everything else works normally.

Check the device type being used in the IDE. Right now there is a known problem on the ST back end so that may be the true culprit.
