Aeotec Cam 360 - members dont have acces to recorded videos

Hello! My family members have full acces to cam, but they cannot see any recorded videos, and there is no dedicated button on their side. Is therea a way to change it?

This is the same behavior with the original Samsung cameras. Because there is a limit to the humber of cameras you can have (at least for the Samsung ones) they probably use this as a way to prevent people from getting around the limitation. If they allowed full access, you could make as many Samsung accounts as you want, add them as members to your location, and each one could get 4 cameras… With no limitation…
I agree with you, it sucks.

Have you checked the newly added member permissions setting?

Yes, I’ve checked. Members have “Full Access”. Still - no access to recorded videos, which is silly - my wife can’t see what camera is recording, and I have to manually download videos to share with her((
