Aeotec 360 Cam Not recording

My Aeotec360 cam does not upload most of the videos taken when it detects the motion. It says something like a server problem. The message says that “this video couldn’t be found on the server”. Since it is a Smartthings server I reckon it has something to do with that. Is anyone experiencing the same and what is the solution?

The camera works fine when checking it live and the wifi signal is good. As you can see some recordings sid get uploaded.

Well, I have another problem. Since few days the app shows that the AEOTEC 360 camera is switched off. At the same time it shows in the history that it is recording. I cleared the cache of the app, but it didn’t help. It is impossible to activate the camera and to watch it live. Any ideas?
