ADT Pulse repurpose?

Helping a friend out who moved into a house that was preconfigured for ADT Pulse.

PGZNG1 gateway,
iCamera-1000-ADT cameras
NV412A-ADT encoders

I was able to get the encoders to feed their feed into BlueIris but the resolution is really low. Can’t get into the iCameras yet or the gateway.

Is it possible to use any of that equiptment without an ADT Subscription?

Most of it no, but it does depend on the specific brand and model.

If any of the sensors or switches are Z wave devices, they can probably be reconfigured to work with another Z wave controller like the smartthings hub.
