Adding pre-used iPhone to ST

Before i got a new iphone, both my wife’s and my iPhones worked as “presence” devices. I gave my old phone to my wife (factory restored and then loaded her backed-up profile) when I got a new iPhone. So here’s the thing… ST still thinks my old phone belongs to me! I suspect factory re-setting the hub might solve things, but surely there is an easier solution to this?

Wow that is interesting. I wonder if somehow ST keeps track of the MAC address or IMEI of your phone. I would contact support as they might have to clear something out in the db for this.
