I am new to SmartThings. My first few purchases were the Multi Sensors. When I set them up I made it so I received both a push notification and a text message. I would like to change it so I only receive one or the other. Where are the settings for the multi sensors in the app so I can do this? I can’t find it. I can click on the multi sensor in the app but all I see is the status (open/closed), the temperature, battery, inactive and what looks like a refresh.
My guess is that you either used a custom SmartApp to send you notifications or more likely the built in notification feature of Smart Home Monitor. For the latter go to Dashboard and select the gear icon. You will be shown a number of options you may have configured to notify you.
