I have an Connect Home ET-WV 521 and i have a optic fiber internet connection of 400Mbps but never get on the hub “connect home” the full speed of my service of internet, but checking my ONT connection is there the highest speed of my service of internet but not in my Connect Home have tried different Ethernet cables even the one that came with the smart things HUB connect Home and never get the speeds offered by my ONT the set up is in Bridge also have tried disabling the bridge mode on the app and not luck at all.
my question is the in ethernet port of the ET-WV521 is a port Gigabit or just fast ethernet only?
if the device offers Gigabit ethernet in/out ethernet ports then is a problem of my device?
