A Z-Wave outlet that controls both plugs?

All of the Z-Wave outlets I’ve seen only control one of the two plugs. Idea being there is always a hot one you can use. In my situation I want them both controlled by Z-Wave, has anyone seen one?

I actually decided just to use a port replicator adapter that covers the whole outlet.
