3 way switch Aeon Labs Micro switch - different wiring

I am trying to install a Aeon Labs DSC18103-ZWUS micro switch with an existing 3 way switch. I have seen a typical wired 3 way: 1 black, 1 load, and 1 white neutral (see diagram). The 3 way switch I am looking at has 2 black and 1 red wire (see pic) with neutral wires capped in the box. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!!

I believe the drawing your showing is not a 3 way.

I think this is how a 3 way should be done. Might require some wiring changes all around.
