I can’t login to smartthings online or via app , due to 2FA verification process , as no text comes thru
any way to change to an authentication app instead
So currently can not access smartthings at all , via app or online browser login , locked out
same with the above web address , not contacted ST/Samsung support , which is best to contact for this issue ?
I would recommend Samsung Support.

Try opting in to receive sms again to see if that does anything —> Users with US phone numbers can text YES to 844-647
Are you getting short codes from other providers and just not ST? If not, might be a problem with your mobile provider or account. On both Xfinity and Google Fi I’ve had some periods where they weren’t coming through.
