Zwave Qubino Flush pilot wire

Hello
I’m using Zwave Qubino Flush pilot wire to pilot a heater with the pilot wire.
The Qubino is seeing as a “Zwave Device Multichannel” and ST is using a dimmer and it’s ok.
Is it possible to put some icon on the dimmer? Like on this picture?

Hello So I’m wondering around but I can’t find my solution do you have a template program for Dimmer button? Like one button will do 20% straight away?
