Yes, it should - as a simple on/off switch.

You can - of course - program schedules in SmartThings (see daily routines).

If this device, which is completely unknown, acts as a thermostat and has its own schedules, it’s not possible to write these to the device.

Buy it and if it doesn’t work out of the box, we can probably make it work.
