Looking for a switch with a dimmer AND occupancy sensor. Is there such and animal?

I completely understand the battery issues. I’m quadriparetic with limited hand control, so I have to get someone else to change the batteries. There are also mains-powered motion sensors if you prefer those. But of course they do limit placement to where you have an outlet.
