You Don't have Any Hubs yet - Error message - Help Please

I have just begun setting up Smartthings in my house. I have a V2 hub, a couple of switches, and a flood monitor. All of these are working as expected using the ST mobile app. I also have a Google Home and I can control the switches nicely with voice. All is going great …
Next I want to tell Google Home “I’m going to bed” or something like that so it will shut off the appropriate lights. I would like to define a routine to manage the transition to this “state”. After some reading I learn that the best way to do this is to create a virtual switch and have Google Home switch that and have that switch execute the appropriate routine.

As I begin this journey I get an error that I don’t have a hub yet and to use Smartthings mobile app to connect it. Specifically it says …
"You don’t have any hubs yet. Please use the SmartThings mobile app to claim your hub."
This really confuses me. I have already connected my Smarthings hub using the 6 digit welcome code that came with the hub and it’s working fine. I don’t see where to go on the mobile app (IOS) to “claim” my hub. I checked and rechecked that I am using the correct email account. Any help would be greatly appreciated …
I am in the US if that is important to know …

Login into the IDE,
Click "My Locations"
It’ll get you to login again
Then click “My Hubs” and it should show up

Thanks Steve! That worked :grinning: ! I would have never guess to do that.

Cheers,
Dan

I am having the same problem but I am not being asked to log in again. It says I don’t have a hub even though I registered through the iphone app. I’m stumped.

IT DOESN’T! Sorry. Very frustrated.

In a browser:

If you login to https://account.smartthings.com then select Locations and you select the Location, do you see your Hub?

Also is there only one Location or do you see multiple?

The Smartthings chat guy helped me figure it out.

I had two login profiles, one for Smartthings and one for Samsung.

I created my location and added the hub using the Samsung account.

For some reason I switched and started using the ST profile (bc ST, right?)
and didn’t realize that’s when my hub disappeared.

I logged off everything just quit using the ST login profile at
https://graph.api.smartthings.com/.

Tech Supp said they’re in process of consolidating the login and when I
logged out and in again from Android, it gave me a checkbox for “combining
under one login.” Problem gone.

No problem no more.
