Yale real living keyless deadbolt displays incorrect status

Hi,

I have the same issue, Yale Assure Lock SL(YRD256-ZW2-619). The status is not displaying correctly when click to lock automatically or manually. It becomes UNLOCKED when asking to lock, even physically is locked.

I tried to use the following script but it is not working for me, do you know what adjustment I can do to fix? before I send back.

I replaced the response time from 2200 to 2000 and still not working.

Any idea? Even being installed as “Yale Assure Lock with Bluetooth”, I bought “Yale Assure Lock SL”
