So readding it to version 1.5.6 sorted it. I had the same issue. Even thou it appeared fine once the older version was installed I had to readd it. Call Yale and ask for some more free key credits. I called and said because of the limited functionality in the new app I’ve had to use key credits. Gave them my email address and by the end of the call I had more credits
Hi, unfortunately my app updated, its now removed all of my tags, and used another key credit, it wont let me add more tags as the master one wont even install, so it looks like iv got to remove it tomorrow and start again, and ill register it with the old version and stop google play store updating the app, cheers.
Yes just re add the tags as you would normally add them. No problem. Call Yale for some more key credits. Key credits are only for app based keys
Ah yes go to play store and set the app not to auto update
problem is that sideloading the app doesnt give you the option in google playstore as its not installed from there, but the new version still allows the lock to do the auto lock in 180 seconds, ill ring yale in the morning and see what they suggest, why they removed this is beyond me,
Even thou I side loaded the app it shows in play store. I have the option to uninstall or update. So I unchecked auto update. I rang and asked the same thing. They were were helpful and said we will the developers to put it back so you can select the auto lock time.
So if you have someone with an iPhone, borrow it, do the changes you need and then switch back to yours.
You have to transfer keys between devices but the app does thus when you login so no issues.
