I’ve been using a Yale Connexis L1 lock without any real issues, until I recently updated the @RBoy RBoy DH last week. Now the lock has turned it’s “auto-lock” feature back on (which I had somehow turned off before), so the lock will relock itself after 30 seconds if the handle hasn’t been turned.
How do I turn this off? Within the settings you can change the auto-lock time, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference to what the lock does. Maybe I need to synchronise somehow? But even if that does work, you can only change it to a few minutes which is still pretty useless to me. There must be a way to go back to it being turned off totally?
I saw on another thread that you could install a previous version of the Yale app which then gives access to settings such as auto-lock period (which for some reason Yale has removed from the current app version), but I just got loads of errors trying to do that, and the screenshots on the thread show that 180 seconds is the max auto-lock time period again, which is useless.
Any ideas are appreciated.

The auto lock enable/disable should show up on the main page, if you don’t see you’ll need to clear your platform cache as explained here:
